Klika had its 10th anniversary and we decided to celebrate our first decade of hard work, dedication and success with a big bang and a gala birthday event conveniently themed Opening the doors to endless possibilities.
We had the event at one of Sarajevo’s most famous venues, Dom mladih, and to stay true to our future-oriented event theme, we transformed the place into a time concept that symbolizes our traveling journey and focus on the future. Playing with silver, light and mirror effects, we tried to portray the image of a multidimensional tomorrow that brings endless opportunities and possibilities in different shapes and forms.
Samir: The biggest milestone for us was recognizing that we have the power and privilege to change our society for the better. Even before we founding the company, we, the founders, were involved in community activities and we always found a way to change things we recognized as problems. As our company grew, so did the team of people that we could make changes with, as well as the impact we had. We rolled out activities and initiatives one after another, and now when we look back, we can proudly say that we have remarkable results behind us. Our community is really better, which mostly manifests itself through the versatile careers and successful lives of our employees, the improved status of individuals and organizations we support and collaborate with all this time, and in the end, the numerous awards we received in the past few years, which we are highly grateful for.
We were happy to share the special evening with our employees, friends, family and business partners, and we feel grateful and humbled that more than 500 people came to support us and join in on our excitement.
In the past 10 years, Klika has become one of the most prominent names on the IT stage in Bosnia and Herzegovina, standing out with its incredibly fast development, a desirable work environment and community engagement.
One of the most special moments of the evening was seeing Klika’s cofounders take the stage and Klika’s CEO Edin Deljkić grab the mic and deliver a moving speech, reminding attendees of how Klika started out with a friendship and a passion for doing better. The cofounders, Maja Mameledžija, Edin Deljkić, Zaharije Pašalić and Samir Eljazović are still committed to their original vision of a better business climate in BiH and contribution to society on all levels. After ovations followed the speech, it was cake-cutting time and the cofounders invited Klika’s first employee to the stage, Muamer Ribica, to do the honor and lead us symbolically into the next chapter.
The evening carried on and everyone seemed to have the most of fun, dancing to the awesome beats, enjoying the delicious food, and chatting and laughing.
This was more than just a celebration; it was Klika’s way to say big thank you to everyone who contributed to our significance, primarily to our employees, who are the main cornerstone of every success story written in Klika’s pages.
