Deloitte Technology Fast 50 CE competition is a reputable regional competition of companies from the technology sector, which has been organized for the 19th year in a row with an aim of including companies in the ranking list of the 50 fastest growing technology companies from Central Europe.

This year, a new Impact Star Award category was launched as part of this competition. Impact Star is a special category that recognizes companies that successfully combine excellent products or services with a positive impact in at least one of the following areas: society, business, innovation, environment, and diversity. All countries participating in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 CE competition represented three companies that have earned the title of Impact Star Award for their work and influence. Klika was one of the three recognized for its give back value, together with the Ministry of Programming and Mistral Technologies.

“We are glad that Deloitte has recognized the corporate social responsibility activities that Klika, as a company, is doing within our local market. One of our core values is #giveBack. Since we are a company that operates successfully in foreign markets, we believe that we have a business and moral responsibility to give back to our community as much as we can through socially responsible initiatives”, said our CEO Edin Deljkić upon receiving the Impact Star Award by Deloitte.

He also explained why it is important for every company to create and support CSR initiatives.

“We believe, and in fact see, that a great number of companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina operate in a similar way, but we would like to take this opportunity to encourage all those who have not had the opportunity to initiate social responsibility campaigns to start and get involved. We believe that everyone has a moral responsibility to somehow share the business success we achieve with our inner and outer community.”

This year Klika was engaged in several #giveBack initiatives, such as humanitarian actions during the Covid-19 lockdown, implementation of the research platform Nekropola.ba, and software platform for humanitarian organization Pomozi.ba.
